Job summary
Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 in the Oracle Cloud Practice to lead complex ERP customizations, integrations, and data migrations within Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance. The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Master Data Management processes, with a strong focus on performance, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP & AR).
- Experience in Oracle Cloud, Order Management Cloud.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud unified method.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Cost Accounting and Receipt Accounting, including functional setup and configuration activities.
- Experience with cost organization period close processes, month-end close activities, and related reconciliation procedures.
- Experience working with Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) for Accounts Payable invoice processing.
- Experience in implementation with Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud modules involving General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets.
- Experience in at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience, with hands-on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Account Payables.
- Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions for very high transaction volumes and good experience of performance testing of solutions.
- Experience in designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape.
- Experience in end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay and Master Data Management.
- Experience in handling integration with external partners/ applications like – E-Commerce Portals, Part Catalogs, trading partners - Suppliers & Customers, EDI.
- Experience in driving requirements workshops, CRPs and key design discussion sessions with client.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
- Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
- Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
- Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
- Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
- Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer
