General Function:

Pomeroy is looking for a highly motivated Oracle Cloud ERP team leader with a passion for streamlining business processes! The team leader will join our team to manage break/fix and Agile development work streams across a team comprised of internal and external resources.

· Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable configurations for Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP/SCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS and ATP DB cloud technologies.

· Partner with IT/Business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

· Maintain expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP/SCM functionalities.

· Review/evaluate impact of quarterly releases, drive development timelines, facilitate QA testing, and maintain pro-active communication with IT/business stakeholders.

· Leverage OTBI to distribute dynamic notifications and reports and generate data analyses to identify trends and support informed decision-making.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

· BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Business/Consulting, or equivalent.

· Ability to lead work efforts across a development team comprised of both internal and external/third party resources to implement solutions to fit the business requirements on time and on budget.

· 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP/SCM or related experience.

· Proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into technical configurations.

· Strong knowledge of HCM and ERP systems and understanding of data flow between applications.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to present concepts to non-technical audiences in understandable terms.

· Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and OTBI capabilities.

· Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud a HUGE plus.

· Experience with change management methodology a plus.
