Job summary

Anne Arundel County Office of Personnel is seeking a full-time Oracle Cloud Harbor Functional Tester (Systems Programmer II) to coordinate testing for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion across Finance, Purchasing, and Budget. The role focuses on QA, user acceptance, and ensuring system readiness for test-to-prod scenarios.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, enjoy team collaboration, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Two+ years in telecommunications, computer operating systems, and database management (minimum).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute functional testing suites for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion.
• Lead test-to-prod functional testing across Finance, Purchasing, and Budget modules.
• Manage quarterly patch testing and verify updates.
• Collaborate with business users to build and maintain test scenarios.
• Document defects and track resolutions.
• Support UAT coordination and end-user validation sessions.
• Develop test execution plans, scripts, and QA documentation.
• Escalate and re-test patch fixes with Oracle support.
• Report progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.
