Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end-users for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve DPW capital project process issues using Oracle Unifier and eBuilder.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy Unifier enhancements and Fusion updates under guidance.
• Develop basic support documentation and monitor system performance.
