Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking a transformation expert to guide clients through Oracle Cloud Finance, focusing on R2R processes and end-to-end implementations. You will lead workshops, assess business needs, and design robust Oracle solutions in a dynamic, global delivery environment.

You will drive strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teams to deliver integrated Record to Report solutions with Oracle Cloud. Travel may be required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• 5+ years in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• 5+ years of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand R2R requirements.
• Help clients understand leading R2R processes and transform with Oracle.
• Lead design, setup, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions.
• Plan and organize tasks; report progress and deliverables.
• Gain client trust to ensure projects are delivered on time.
