Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementations.
• Establish and maintain project governance, controls, risk management, and reporting structures.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide strategic direction to project teams across onsite, offshore, and global locations.
• Coordinate all project phases including design, build, testing, data migration, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary contact for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery of fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud environment planning and programme readiness activities.
• Support commercial management, change control, and governance processes.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution planning, and project estimation.
