The role involves leading on‑shore and offshore teams, facilitating workshops, and guiding solution design across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX domains.

You will partner with clients to define technical strategies, manage risk, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while advancing innovative cloud

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud delivery projects with onshore and offshore teams.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and manage risk.
• Proficiency in Oracle SaaS Architecture, data migration, integration, reporting, and extensions.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Project management: planning, tracking scope, and delivering on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops on all technical items.
• Ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed.
• Track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, elevate, and implement mitigations.
• Ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets our quality standards.
• Provide guidance and direction to the customer and maintain productive relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of cloud analysts and consultants, on‑shore and offshore.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, assist in design and estimation, participate in sales presentations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across cloud projects.
