PETADATA is looking to hire for the position of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM Security Specialist for one of their clients.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM Security Specialist to oversee and manage multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud environments with a focus on security, data masking, governance, and environment management. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Oracle Fusion Cloud Environment Management
- Manage the overall lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud instances, including instance planning and release management.
- Oversee multiple Oracle Fusion environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod), ensuring efficient usage and cost optimization.
- Plan and execute instance refreshes, cloning strategies, and environment optimizations.
- Perform configuration migrations, maintain version control, and utilize deployment tools for seamless transitions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, environment trackers, and governance dashboards using SharePoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of environments with business objectives.
- Develop and enforce governance policies and best practices.
Oracle Fusion Security Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Oracle Fusion security features to ensure robust system protection.
- Administer and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Design and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Separation of Duties (SOD) policies.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents; ensure resolution and documentation.
- Stay current on security standards, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot security-related issues in Oracle environments.
- Continuously evaluate and improve security processes.
Data Masking Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures.
- Implement data masking techniques and tools to ensure security and compliance.
- Apply Oracle database administration principles in masking activities.
- Write and maintain SQL and automation scripts for data masking.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to data masking.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in protecting sensitive information.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders for alignment in data management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years' experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
- Hands-on expertise in configuration migration, version control, and deployment tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL scripting and automation.
- Experience in data masking with solid knowledge of Oracle data structures.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle database administration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in creating and managing governance dashboards and environment trackers.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for documentation and governance.
- Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, SOD, and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage all project phases-planning, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Adaptability to client requirements and delivery timelines.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
