RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the overall lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud instances, including instance planning and release management.
- Oversee multiple Oracle Fusion environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod), ensuring efficient usage and cost optimization.
- Plan and execute instance refreshes, cloning strategies, and environment optimizations.
- Perform configuration migrations, maintain version control, and utilize deployment tools to ensure smooth transitions across environments.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, environment trackers, and governance dashboards using tools like SharePoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Oracle Fusion environments with business objectives.
- Develop and enforce governance policies and best practices for environment and data management.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 15 years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, including Dev, Test, UAT, and Production.
- Hands-on experience with configuration migration, version control, and deployment tools.
- Expertise in data masking techniques and tools, with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and familiarity with other scripting languages for automation.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle database administration principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in creating governance dashboards and maintaining environment trackers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools like SharePoint for documentation and governance tracking.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work on all project phases, including planning, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Flexibility to adapt to client requirements and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve environment and data management processes.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion security features, including IAM, RBAC, and SOD principles.
- Hands-on experience in conducting security audits and implementing access controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
