Accenture is seeking an Oracle B2B Functional Lead to drive solution design and functional delivery for eB2B and order fulfillment use cases. You will own requirements gathering, Oracle Cloud configuration, testing support, and end-user enablement while coordinating with business, technical, and project stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office; hiring locations include Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Functional Lead/Functional Consultant in Oracle implementations (preferably Oracle Cloud).
• 4 years of experience with Oracle B2B Lead-to-Order or similar B2B integration and fulfillment processes.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.

This role owns requirements gathering, Oracle Cloud functional configuration, testing support, and end-user enablement , while coordinating closely with business, technical, and project stakeholders.• Lead functional solution design for Oracle B2B capabilities, translating business needs into Oracle configurations and process flows.• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis , documenting requirements and driving decisions with stakeholders.• Own functional aspects of Oracle Cloud configuration , ensuring solutions align to process standards and business objectives.• Support testing activities (e.g., functional test design/review, defect triage, validation of end-to-end scenarios).• Enable users by creating and supporting training and change enablement , ensuring adoption of new/updated processes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, integration/technical teams, data, project management) to ensure delivery quality and alignment.• Drive readiness for go-live by ensuring requirements, configurations, and functional documentation are complete and traceable.This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.Basic Qualifications:• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Functional Lead/Functional Consultant in Oracle implementations (preferably Oracle Cloud) including 4 years of experience with Oracle B2B Lead-to-Order or similar B2B integration and fulfillment processes.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.Bonus points if you have:• Familiarity with end-to-end order management and procurement/sales adjacent flows (as applicable).• Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
