Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Software Configuration Lead in Atlanta, GA for a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. You will drive delivery and integrity across the product lifecycle, coordinating across teams and optimizing processes, resources, and technology.

The role calls for a strong SME with 8+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud experience, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 12 years of work history. Certification in Oracle Cloud is a bonus.

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and lead the team to perform effectively and make decisions that impact multiple teams.
• Provide scalable solutions to problems spanning multiple teams; this is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA with three days in the office (and potential consideration for Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL).

The work:

As a Software Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations, meeting cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office. May also consider qualified candidates in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
