We are seeking a results-driven Remote Professional Services Recruiting Manager. This is a fully remote opportunity leading a team of 3+ recruiters focused on contract hiring. This role includes hands-on recruiting responsibilities, team leadership, and collaboration with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The ideal candidate excels at managing distributed teams, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery, and driving performance across both onshore and offshore resources.

• The ideal candidate excels at managing distributed teams, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery, and driving performance across both onshore and offshore resources.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of recruiters, ensuring timely and accurate candidate submissions
• Review and approve offshore recruiter submittals; extend offers and manage onboarding
• Ensure active participation and engagement in supplier calls
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for contract roles
• Oversee interview scheduling, candidate preparation, and coordination with Client Services
• Partner with clients and MSPs to align recruiting with business needs
• Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Implement process enhancements for efficiency and ensure compliance with hiring standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams remotely
• Hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruiting for contract roles
• Experience working with MSPs and managing offshore recruiters
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
