eBusiness Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX & Forms Developer to migrate legacy Oracle Forms to Oracle APEX on Oracle Database 19c for a government sector client in Dauphin County, PA. The role emphasizes modernizing, securing, and maintaining applications with robust PL/SQL development.

The candidate will analyze, migrate, and develop APEX apps, define UI/UX standards, and participate in all SDLC phases while mentoring Commonwealth IT staff and coordinating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5-7 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
• 5-7 years on Oracle APEX development and support.
• Strong Oracle Database (19c) expertise.
• Experience with SQL Developer and TOAD.
• Proficient in relational design and data modeling.
• Experience with web services integration and API usage.
• Ability to tune SQL and optimize queries.
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms modernization projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing Oracle Forms applications and data models.
• Migrate legacy forms to Oracle APEX on 19c database.
• Design and maintain Oracle APEX apps following best practices.
• Collaborate to set UI/UX standards for new APEX apps.
• Develop PL/SQL components: procedures, functions, packages.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and scripting for requirements.
• Implement security roles and authorization in Oracle environments.
• Tune performance, debug, and optimize database objects.
• Create technical, functional, and system documentation.
• Participate in full SDLC: requirements to production support.
