Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX and Forms Developer to modernize legacy Oracle Forms applications and migrate them to Oracle APEX using Oracle Database 19c.

The role will analyze existing applications, optimize PL/SQL, design and develop APEX interfaces, and ensure security, performance, and maintainability within an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong Oracle database development and collaboration across teams are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
• 5–7 years of experience developing applications using Oracle APEX.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, preferably 19c.
• Experience with stored procedures, functions, packages and complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency with SQL Developer and/or TOAD.
• Understanding of database design and data modeling principles.
• Experience with web services and interfaces.
• Experience with SQL optimization, debugging, performance tuning, and testing.
• Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and collaborate with teams.

Mansioni

• Analyze existing Oracle Forms applications, architecture, database structures, business logic, and integrations.
• Migrate and modernize legacy Oracle Forms to Oracle APEX.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications and user interfaces.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, and complex SQL queries.
• Work with Oracle Database 19c to support development and maintenance.
• Perform data analysis, extraction, and scripting for reporting and business needs.
• Implement application security, roles, and authorization mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform SQL debugging and performance tuning.
• Integrate web services and interfaces with systems.
• Review documentation and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in all phases of SDLC and production support.
• Prepare technical, functional, and system documentation.
• Support releases, deployments, and release management.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide knowledge transfer to Commonwealth IT staff and other developers.
• Collaborate to establish UI/UX standards and best practices.
