Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Digital Consulting Senior Manager, Oracle Analytics, to lead delivery of Oracle Analytics solutions for clients. You will manage project teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver analytics, reporting, and dashboards using OTBI, OAC, and related tools.

The role emphasizes client engagement, requirements gathering, governance, and data visualization, with opportunities to mentor consultants and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Analytics, BI, or Data & Analytics consulting.
• 3+ years of experience leading consulting teams or managing client engagements.
• Hands-on with Oracle Cloud Reporting tools and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications (Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Reporting and Analytics workstreams on project implementations.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor for analytics initiatives.
• Gather requirements and translate them into dashboards and reports.
• Advise on data quality, governance, and security standards.
• Design dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Oracle Analytics tools.
• Oversee data integration, modeling, and analytics best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to consultants and analysts.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Support business development, proposals, and presentations.
• Partner with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions across industries.
