Job summary

Huron is a global consultancy helping clients drive growth and transformation. We seek an experienced Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle Analytics to lead Oracle Analytics solutions for clients, manage project teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics, reporting, and dashboards.

You will oversee data integration, governance, and security, mentor consultants, and drive proposals and client value across industries. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Analytics, BI, or Data & Analytics consulting.
• 3+ years of experience leading consulting teams or managing client engagements.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher) Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Oracle AI Data Lake house (AIDL) Data Visualization and Dashboard Development Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications (Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM).
• Experience gathering business requirements and transforming them into analytical solutions.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Up to 50% travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reporting and Analytics workstreams on project implementations, both within larger Enterprise transformations as well as smaller, targeted initiatives (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, OAC).
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Advise on and configure data quality, governance, and security standards.
• Design and oversees the development of dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations using Oracle Analytics tools.
• Oversee data integration, data modeling, and analytics best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to consultants and analysts.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Support business development activities, proposal development, and solution presentations.
• Partner with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions across various industries.
