Job summary

Huron is seeking an expert Oracle Analytics consultant to lead reporting and analytics on enterprise transformation projects. You will gather business requirements, design dashboards, and implement analytics solutions in collaboration with ERP, HCM, and EPM teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Oracle Analytics, BI, or Data & Analytics consulting.
• Hands-on with OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, OAC, and AIDL.
• Experience translating requirements into analytical solutions.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and analytics workstreams on enterprise implementations.
• Define and execute analytics strategies and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and translate to dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Manage client relationships and provide subject-matter guidance.
