Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks an Associate to lead Reporting and Analytics workstreams on Oracle Analytics implementations, building dashboards and data visualizations for enterprise transformations.

You will gather business requirements, manage client relationships, and collaborate with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM teams. 2–4 years in Oracle Analytics or BI consulting, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Oracle Analytics, BI, or Data & Analytics Consulting.
• Hands-on with OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, OAC, AIDL.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion or relevant ERP.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with Clients or other internal project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reporting and Analytics workstreams on project implementations.
• Define and execute implementation reporting and analytical strategies.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Advise on data quality, governance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM teams to deliver analytics solutions.
