Job summary

Huron seeks an Associate to lead Reporting and Analytics workstreams on enterprise and targeted transformation projects. You will gather requirements, design dashboards with Oracle Analytics tools, and ensure data quality and governance across client engagements.

The role emphasizes strong client-facing skills, collaboration with ERP/SCM/EPM teams, and mentoring junior staff within a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Oracle Analytics, BI, or Data & Analytics Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reporting and Analytics workstreams on project implementations, both within larger Enterprise transformations as well as smaller, targeted initiatives.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Define and execute implementation reporting and analytical strategies.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Uphold high documentation, training, and knowledge transfer standards to enable clients for self-sufficiency.
• Advise on and configure data quality, governance, and security standards.
• Design and oversee the development of dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations using Oracle Analytics tools.
• Design artifacts with consideration of the user experience and user journey of stakeholders and personas.
• Oversee data integration, data modeling, and analytics best practices.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Partner with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions across various industries.
• Support Oracle Analytics implementation and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting and analytics requirements.
