Job summary

KARL STORZ is seeking an OR1 Global Product Manager to drive the global portfolio for Premium Integration Systems. Lead strategy, lifecycle, and commercialization for OR1 solutions used by healthcare providers worldwide.

Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing, and global stakeholders to translate customer needs into product innovations and successful launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field.
8+ years product management or related experience in medical devices.
Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
Experience with regulated medical technology environments (FDA/MDR).
Experience gathering and managing product requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead lifecycle management of Premium Integration products from concept to launch and sustainment.
Define requirements and contribute to the global product roadmap.
Gather market insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
Analyze product performance, market trends, and competition to improve revenue and market share.
Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and marketing.
