Job summary

CCMC Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV seeks a Surgical Tech to provide intraoperative care as the scrub person, and to support the surgical team throughout procedures.

Qualifications include completion of LPN, surgical tech, or RN program, or a high school diploma with six months scrub experience, plus BLS within 30 days of hire. The role includes 3x12 schedules and rotating call, with a sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of LPN, surgical tech, or RN program, or HS diploma with six months scrub experience.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile field and aseptic technique in the OR.
• Assists with gowning, gloving, and positioning of instruments and staff.
• Passes sterile instruments to the surgical team during operations.
• Assists with sterile supplies management and instrument counts.
• Records patient charges and assists with room setup and clean-up.
