Rochester Regional Health in Batavia, NY seeks a Surgical Technologist to join the Operating Room team. You will prepare, arrange, and handle instruments and supplies, maintain sterile technique, and support the surgical team throughout procedures.
We require graduation from a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited program or equivalence, with certification within 12 months, or eligibility under grandfathering/hard-to-fill clauses. The role is full-time, on-site, with day/evening shifts and competitive pay.

Hours Per Week: (4) 10 HR SHIFTS
Schedule: Mon-Fri (Day/Evening shift) / Rotational Weekday / Weekend calls.
The Surgical Technologist plays a vital role as a key member of the surgical team, serving as the primary scrub technologist during procedures. This individual is responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. The Surgical Technologist maintains strict adherence to sterile techniques and demonstrates continuous attention to preserving the integrity of the sterile field throughout each procedure.
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
