The role supports clinicians inside the OR and helps maintain a clean, efficient environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, minimal prior healthcare experience, and familiarity with basic office equipment and computer systems.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Prepare spaces before surgeries and manage turnover after procedures.
• Ensure necessary supplies are available and organized for cases.
• Assist in inventory management and restock as needed.
• Open sterile supplies under clinician supervision and support OR team.
• Check instrument sets and assist with case cart readiness.
• Respond to emergencies and complete on-call duties when required.
