Job summary

Conway Regional is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide perioperative care for patients across age groups undergoing surgical procedures. The RN will participate as a circulating nurse, advocate for patients under anesthesia, ensure surgical asepsis, and position patients for safety and comfort.

Care will follow nursing process within Arkansas Nurse Practice Act and Health System policies. Active Arkansas RN license required; BSN preferred; if under 1 year as RN, BSN must be obtained

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas RN license required.
• BSN preferred; if less than 1 year of RN experience, must obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire.
• Certification preferred.
• Proof of high school or equivalent or higher education.
• Basic keyboarding skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care using the nursing process.
• Participate as a circulating nurse, advocating for patients under anesthesia.
• Ensure surgical asepsis and appropriate patient positioning for safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with Health System policies and demonstrate commitment to teamwork.
