• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and regardless of outcomes.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities.
• Operations - Performs general nursing duties within the team.
