UPMC Somerset is seeking a dedicated Surgical Services Support Technician to join our Operating Room team. This full-time role supports patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Clinician and helps maintain case flow in Surgical Services.

The position features four 10-hour shifts with options from 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, plus quarterly Saturday coverage for department deep cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Establish communication strategies.
• Support change within the department/organization.
• Assist with patient care under RN supervision.
• Seek learning needs from the preceptor and communicate them.
