Job summary

Dayton Children's Main Campus is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Perioperative Materials Management. This role coordinates ordering and distribution of OR supplies, partners with Surgery Managers, and ensures accurate inventory reporting to support OR operations.

Under supervision, you will receive supplies, verify orders, and liaise with Purchasing, Sterile Processing and OR staff. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience in inventory replenishment and purchasing liaison.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies for Outpatient Surgery.
• Oversee daily activities for purchase and distribution of OR materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory reports and related records.
• Act as liaison between OR, Materials Management, and Central Sterilizing for inventory.
