Job summary

Dayton Children's seeks an OR Materials Supervisor for the Main Campus to lead the Central Distribution team and ensure Surgical Services supplies are available and accurate.

Responsibilities include managing par levels, case carts, and inventory using Workday and Epic, with ongoing collaboration with nursing to review service needs. A HS diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred; 1–2 years of related experience desired; valid Ohio driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with less than six points on record for traffic violations required.
• Microsoft Office including Teams.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

Assures that all supply requirements for Surgical Services are met. Supervises daily activity for par level inventory ordering, put-a-way and case cart building for Surgical Services at the main campus. Use Workday/Epic to maintain the Surgical Services Par Location ID’s and PAR levels. Defines service needs with nursing and meets regularly to review.
