Job summary
Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a Registered Nurse Service Line Coordinator (Unit Coordinator) for the Main OR. This full-time, first-shift role runs 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with occasional call for PTO coverage.

Qualifications
- BSN required.
- RN license active in VA.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- CNOR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service line instruments and equipment in the OR.
- Provide service line education and staff development.
- Participate in staff interviews and daily room readiness.
- Collaborate with surgeons and vendors to optimize supplies and costs.
- Review schedules, equipment, and implants to prevent conflicts.
- Support precepting and onboarding for service line staff.
