Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health in Manchester, NH, seeks a Clinical Support Analyst II to support the Operating Room team. The role focuses on scheduling, payroll reconciliation, and data collection to help the surgical services unit run efficiently and safely.

You will maintain staff schedules, assist with budgeting and reporting, and ensure accurate timekeeping using Kronos. Strong MS Office skills and healthcare operations experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in healthcare in an independent role; staff scheduling experience preferred.
• Expertise in MS Office, Kronos, ShiftWizard, and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains ongoing schedule for all staff in designated departments.
• Assists with payroll in designated departments by ensuring staff time is accurate and ready for review.
• Tracks completion of designated competencies for staff in assigned areas.
• Coordinates Environment of Care activities.
• Provides education during orientation and follow-up training regarding Kronos and time clocks.
• Supports data management and administrative functions of designated departments.
