Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a Clinical Support Analyst II for the Operating Room to coordinate staff schedules and payroll in collaboration with nursing leadership. You will support financial reporting and departmental data needs while ensuring accurate timekeeping and competency tracking.

The role requires strong MS Office skills and experience with Kronos and scheduling tools, with a focus on reliability and patient care efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare in an independent role.
• Experience with staff scheduling preferred.
• Expertise in MS Office, Kronos, ShiftWizard, Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains ongoing schedule for all staff in designated departments.
• Collaborates with managers to cover unanticipated needs.
• Assists Director, Nursing Finance with NDNQI reporting, budget development, productivity reporting and other financial data.
• Assists with payroll ensuring staff time is accurate and ready for review and approval by the department manager.
• Tracks completion of designated competencies for staff in assigned areas.
• Coordinates Environment of Care activities.
• FITS testing staff as required by EHS.
• Provides orientation and follow-up training on Kronos and time clocks.
• Supports the data management and administrative functions of designated departments.
• Supports CSA I in day-to-day activities and technical issues.
