SolutionHealth, headquartered in New Hampshire, seeks a Clinical Support Analyst to coordinate staff schedules and payroll for designated departments, under the Surgical Services Manager. The role supports nursing finance through data reporting and budget activities, ensuring accurate timekeeping and competency tracking.

You'll collaborate with managers, cover unanticipated staffing needs, and provide training on Kronos and time clocks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare setting functioning in an independent role.
• Experience with staff scheduling preferred.
• Expertise level of MS Office, Kronos, Shiftwizard, Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains ongoing schedule for all staff in designated departments.
• Collaborates with managers and designated staff to cover unanticipated needs.
• Assist Director, Nursing Finance with budget and productivity reporting.
• Assist with payroll in designated departments ensuring staff time is accurate.
• Track completion of designated competencies for staff in assigned areas.
• Coordinate Environment of Care activities.
• Provide education during orientation and follow-up training on Kronos and time clocks.
• Support data management and administrative functions for designated departments.
• Support the CSA I position in day-to-day activities and technical issues.
