SolutionHealth is seeking a Clinical Support Analyst for the OR services team in Manchester, NH. The role coordinates staff schedules, reconciles payroll per nurse manager needs, and collects data to support clinical departments.

The incumbent collaborates with managers to cover gaps and assists with financial reporting. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare, experience with staff scheduling, and strong MS Office, Kronos, Shiftwizard, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with staff scheduling preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Kronos, Shiftwizard, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains ongoing schedule for all staff in designated departments.
• Collaborates with managers to cover unanticipated staffing needs.
• Supports financial goals through NDNQI reporting and budget-related data.
• Assists with payroll in designated departments by ensuring accurate staff time for approval.
• Tracks completion of designated competencies for staff in assigned areas.
• Coordinates Environment of Care activities.
• Provides education during orientation and training on Kronos and time clocks.
• Supports data management and administrative functions of designated departments.
• Supports the CSA I position in day-to-day activities and technical issues.
