Job summary

Amery Hospital & Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Surgery Department to deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include prioritizing patient needs and initiating appropriate interventions, then evaluating responses to care plans.

The role requires WI RN licensure, BLS, PALS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of OR experience or equivalent education, plus computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with WI RN license.
• BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1-year operating room experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrates keyboarding skill and computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Prioritize the urgency of patient needs, initiate appropriate interventions of care and evaluate patients' response to care plans.
