Job summary

UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital in The Villages, FL is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a high-volume, technologically advanced surgical team. You will perform nursing assessments, formulate diagnoses, and implement individualized perioperative care plans across a 6-OR environment.

The role requires ASN, Florida RN licensure, BLS, and on-call availability with a 30-minute proximity requirement to the hospital.

Qualifications

• ASN required.
• 1 year of Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) or Critical Care experience preferred.
• 1 year of Circulating or Scrub OR RN experience highly preferred.
• Must be willing to do on-call and live within 30 min of Spanish Plaines Hospital.
• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license (or valid Compact multi-state license).
• BLS certification required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
