UF Health Spanish Plaines is hiring an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a high-volume, advanced surgical hub in Florida. You will perform assessments, diagnoses, and implement care plans under surgical leadership, within a 6-OR suite with extensive pre- and post-op spaces.

The role emphasizes perioperative nursing across diverse specialties, including robotic-assisted and minimally invasive techniques.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license (or valid Compact multi-state license).
• BLS certification required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• 1 year of Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) or Critical Care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, formulate diagnoses, and implement individualized perioperative care plans.
• Provide perioperative nursing care across the 6-OR suite and pre-/post-op areas.
• Collaborate with the surgical leadership and multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Support patient flow and contribute to world-class, minimally invasive surgical services.
