Job summary

UF Health's Spanish Plaines Hospital in The Villages, FL seeks an Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide perioperative care in a high-volume setting. You will perform assessments, diagnoses, and care plans within a 6-OR environment, collaborating with a large multidisciplinary team.

The role prefers 1 year Med/Surg or Critical Care experience and OR circulating/scrub exposure, with on-call availability and residency within 30 minutes of the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.
• 1 year Med/Surg or Critical Care experience preferred.
• 1 year Circulating or Scrub OR RN experience highly preferred.
• Willing to do on-call and live within 30 minutes of Spanish Plaines Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and formulate care plans.
• Assist in robotic and minimally invasive surgeries.
• Support perioperative care across a 6-OR suite.
• Maintain readiness for on-call responsibilities.
