Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• ACLS/BLS or PALS are preferred; must be obtained if not held at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Observe the surgery and surgical team to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Manage nursing care in the OR and coordinate with the team.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op and post-op care, including discharge instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
