Openwork Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team. You will deliver direct patient care before, during, and after procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs, maintain a sterile field, monitor patients, administer medications, and document care accurately. We offer comprehensive onboarding, licensing support, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year operating room or perioperative nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary surgical team.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately.
• Prepare operating room and assist with positioning.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and respond to emergencies.
