Job summary

Openwork Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to deliver high-quality care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications as required by facility.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are sterilized and available.
• Assess patients before surgery and provide emotional support as needed.
• Monitor vital signs during procedures and respond to changes promptly.
• Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures.
• Document nursing care and maintain accurate patient records.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
• Comply with facility policies and onboarding requirements.
• Support post-operative patient care including recovery monitoring and pain management.
