ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time OR RN II to join our operating room team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. The role features a day shift (7:00am–4:30pm), 72 hours bi-weekly, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

As the only Level I Trauma Center between Philadelphia and Baltimore, we deliver advanced surgical care with Magnet status and a strong nursing-excellence focus. BSN preferred; CNOR a plus; RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Operating Room RN experience is required.
• CNOR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join the OR team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced operating room.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
