Job summary

Incredible Health in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operating Room/Surgical Nurse (RN) to support patients before, during, and after surgery in a high-acuity environment.

You will collaborate with physicians and OR staff, maintain sterile technique, monitor vitals, and communicate clearly with patients and families. ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, 1+ year OR experience preferred; ACLS/PALS preferred; full-time/part-time/per diem options.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ years OR surgical experience preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care.
