Job summary

Incredible Health in the Washington, DC area is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN). Experience in CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, Open heart, Ortho, PACU, Robotic surgery, or Transplant is welcomed.

We offer day, night, and mid shifts; full-time, part-time, and per diem roles, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k). Candidates must hold an RN license and ADN or higher nursing degree.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ year OR or surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about procedures and postoperative care.

Qualifications
