Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in Lakeway, TX. This full-time position supports OR teams, with day shifts and options for part-time or per diem.

The role welcomes nurses with OR experience in CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, and related specialties, including on-call requirements. The ideal candidate will hold an ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license, with preference for ACLS/PALS and aseptic technique expertise.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 1+ years OR/surgical experience preferred.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic/sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain aseptic, safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about procedure and postoperative care.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Lakeway, TX area for the following position: Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN). Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU experience, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Transplant, or Vascular.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families
