NurseDash is hiring Registered Nurses with operating room experience for flexible per diem and short-term contract opportunities across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Earn up to $65 per hour while taking full control of your schedule with no minimum shift requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years OR nursing experience (circulating and scrub).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile field management.
• Excellent critical thinking and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to new facilities and teams.

Responsabilités

• Deliver perioperative nursing care before, during, and after procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready and sterile.
• Actively circulate and/or scrub surgical cases while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.
• Assist with patient positioning, skin prep, and draping on the operating table in accordance with aseptic protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and surgical site conditions throughout procedures, communicating changes promptly to the surgical team.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and perioperative teams.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, sharp safety, and sterile field management.
• Accurately document patient care and surgical case details according to facility policies.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience (circulating and scrub experience required).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, equipment handling, and sterile field management.
• Excellent critical thinking, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new surgical facilities, workflows, and clinical teams.
