Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN from an accredited institution and verification of degree.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025; older hires kept to prior requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; collaborate with the care team.
• Plan and educate with patient and family; prepare for continued support needs.
• Direct interdisciplinary care through delegation and coordination.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed.
