Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Colorado is seeking an Operating Room RN to join a fast-paced surgical team focused on skill, compassion, and balance. The role emphasizes careful assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN is required as of 4/27/2025; employees hired or promoted prior to that date were under previous requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients using physical, social, and psychological status and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement and education.
• Implement care by directing the interdisciplinary team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, comply with regulatory standards, document accurately, and uphold licensure requirements.
