Job summary

Tenet Desert in La Quinta, California seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator, OR to lead the operating room team and coordinate RN roles in surgical services. This staff position requires leadership, clinical excellence, and the ability to manage daily unit operations.

The PCC will supervise staff, assist with hiring and training, ensure availability of equipment, and drive performance improvement while collaborating with patients, staff, and physicians.

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• Leadership and management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Surgical Services unit operations.
• Assist with hiring and staff training.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance and staffing levels.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available at all times.
• Develop and implement performance improvement projects.
