Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete HR functions related to staff recruitment and retention, performance evaluations and competencies, orientation and annual education requirements.
• Support hospital philosophy and goals.
• Ensure department and staff present a positive image to patients, families, and the public.
• Develop and implement services to meet patient and physician expectations.
• Control and monitor financial expenditures to meet budget goals.
• Lead and actively participate in the hospital Performance Improvement (PI) Program.
