Job summary

Bucks County Surgical Suites Highpoint is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team. The OR RN provides nursing care during surgery, positions and prepares patients, and circulates cases with physicians and staff.

The ideal candidate will be PA-licensed, have OR experience, be able to scrub and circulate, and commit to patient safety. A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in PA.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS required upon hire and within one year of hire.
• Ability to Scrub and Circulate as needed.
• One year experience required intra-operative setting.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities; physically and emotionally capable.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during surgery and assist in patient positioning and preparation.
• Circulate the case and communicate with physicians, patients, family and team members.
